For me, it didn’t start with a five-year plan or a vision board. It started with brushing my teeth twice a day and doing the washing up at night. At the time, those tiny tasks felt like major wins. Over time, they became habits. Now, they’re the foundation of something much bigger: a more grounded, focused, and intentional life.


That’s where MyDaily6 began.


What is MyDaily6?


MyDaily6 is a simple, practical life coaching model that helps you turn small, everyday tasks into long-term change. It’s based on a 12-week strategy where you commit to completing six small, meaningful tasks each day — all aligned with a larger personal goal.

The idea is straightforward: break down big goals into bite-sized pieces, stay consistent, and reflect weekly. That way, you build momentum without burning out or feeling overwhelmed. You’re not just being busy — you’re moving forward with purpose.


How the 12-Week Strategy Works


The MyDaily6 model is designed to work in real life — even when you're juggling work, family, or a million other things.

      Here’s the core structure:

  • Daily Tasks: Set six small, actionable tasks each day. These could be anything from drinking more water to sending a job application — whatever moves you closer to your goal.
     
  • Weekly Reflection: Each week, look back. What went well? What needs adjusting? This keeps things flexible and grounded.
     
  • 12-Week Cycle: By the end of each cycle, you’ll have completed hundreds of small steps — enough to build serious progress without feeling like you’ve overhauled your life overnight.
